PERSONAL INJURY/ CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE LAWYER - WEST MIDLANDS
The Firm
Our client is a Legal 500 recommended multi-office practice with over 300 fee earners. They have expertise in a wide range of services from construction to wills and probate serving private and commercial clients across the country.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our clients` team in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters including high value, complex cases and also health sector advice. They will also supervise junior members of the team when necessary.
About You
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 3 years + PQE with strong Personal Injury experience including Clinical Negligence.
You must have a good academic background with at least a 2:1 at degree level.
You must have excellent communication skills and able to explain complex technical aspects of procedure to clients.
You will have excellent It skills including proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with case management systems.
Experience in catastrophic PI work or inquest matters would be advantageous.
You will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
You will be ambitious and results orientated with an aptitude for marketing and business development.
